It's not just about stargazing.
It's about stopping, looking up and experiencing the sky in northern Portugal.

A guided experience under one of Portugal's best night skies — accessible, engaging, and tailored to those present.

Why this experience is different

We are accustomed to experiences we already know —
a boat trip, a visit to a winery, a museum.

The night sky is not part of our daily lives.
That is why a stargazing experience raises so many questions.

Here, we did not come just to observe stars.
We came to create a connection with the sky — with time, silence, and context.

How the experience works

1. Arrival and settling in at night

We find ourselves in a quiet place, far from artificial light. Our eyes adjust and our pace slows down.

Before telescopes, we learned to recognise constellations and orient ourselves in the sky in a simple and engaging way.

Depending on the night, we observe the Moon, planets, nebulae or galaxies — always with accessible explanations.

2. Discovering the sky with the naked eye
3. Observation with telescopes
4. Wine, sky and conversation

After the observation, the experience continues in a relaxed manner, with a tasting of DOC wine from the region, accompanied by local products.

WHY HERE?

The sky is universal.

But places where it is still truly dark are becoming increasingly rare.

Our experiences take place in the Douro, Terras de Trás-os-Montes and Vale do Tua Natural Park — a preserved, quiet area with exceptional conditions for observing the night sky.

This is the only area in the region with Starlight certification, recognising the quality of the sky and the commitment to its protection.

Here, the sky is not just beautiful.

It is dark, deep and authentic.

And you can feel it.
